Retail Sales Team Leader - Customer Excellence

Lakeside Shopping Centre is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring they exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in coaching and developing the team while managing daily store operations in compliance with company policies.

Flexibility to work 40 hours across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays is required. Candidates must have prior retail experience at a supervisory level, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage stock and sales effectively.
