Retail Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve KPIs and profitability goals.
• Provide high-quality customer service; resolve conflicts; foster team communication.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor engaging and coaching staff.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate store staff to meet targets.
• Process POS transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Analyze and diagnose store performance using operational KPIs (CR, UPT, ATV, etc.).
• Oversee loss prevention and maintain operational compliance.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; conduct physical inventory counts.
• Handle merchandise flow; ensure visual presentation meets PUMA VM standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports; provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Manage payroll and ensure profitability; analyze sales data.
• Possess strong product knowledge; recommend substitutes and related products.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience; accurately process transactions.
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate self leadership; work independently and manage emotions.
• Operate retail software, inventory management, and POS systems proficiently.
