Retail Sales & Service Lead Store Coach

Clarks is seeking a confident Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the sales team, and ensure store targets are met with excellent customer service. You will coach staff, manage floor sales, and apply Visual Merchandising standards while staying organised and proactive.
