Job Description
Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to drive expansion across the UK & Ireland. You will identify, evaluate and secure locations for company-owned stores, lead negotiations, coordinate due diligence and work with Design and Construction to open stores on schedule.
Ideal candidates will have proven site-selection experience, strong analytics, and exceptional negotiation skills, with fluency in English and willingness to travel for site visits and conferences.
