Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Support professional to join our Retail team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations through effective stock coordination, reporting, administrative support, and visual merchandising assistance.

Working closely with retail leadership and on-site teams, you will help maintain accurate stock control, deliver reliable performance reporting, support strong in-store presentation standards, and contribute to a confident, sales-focused retail environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining operational coordination, data accuracy, and hands-on retail support within a fast-paced theme park environment.

Key Responsibilities Stock & Store Coordination
  • Maintain clear oversight of stock levels across all retail outlets.
  • Identify low stock risks, replenishment needs, and product gaps.
  • Coordinate stock movements between locations to support demand.
  • Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and variance investigations.
  • Liaise with approved suppliers to place and track orders.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing, and order histories.
  • Support strong supplier relationships and reliability.
Operational Support
  • Assist with daily retail coordination and store readiness.
  • Support deliveries, stock processing, and system updates.
  • Help prepare stores for peak trading periods and seasonal events.
  • Provide on-floor support during busy periods when required.
  • Assist with creating staffing schedules across the department.
Reporting & Administration
  • Produce daily and periodic sales and stock reports.
  • Maintain accurate performance data and records.
  • Support basic analysis of trends and product performance.
  • Manage retail files, databases, documentation, and meeting records.
  • Encourage strong selling behaviours and guest engagement.
  • Support basic sales training and product knowledge briefings.
  • Help monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve spend per head.
  • Assist in maintaining high presentation standards across outlets.
  • Support seasonal displays, launches, and product placement.
  • Ensure clear pricing, availability, and visual consistency.
Compliance & Standards
  • Follow health & safety and retail compliance procedures.
  • Support audit readiness through accurate documentation.
  • Promote safe, organised, and efficient working practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in retail operations, stock control, or merchandising support.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Confident communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to: Head of Retail Operations

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends & bank holidays)
