Retail Operations Leader: Develop Teams, Drive Performance

Morrisons is seeking an Operations Manager to join our teams across our stores in the UK. This role focuses on leading store operations, driving KPIs, ensuring high standards, and maintaining food safety and legal compliance.

Deputising for the Store Manager, you will develop talent, mentor teams, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. You will work with the People Manager to foster change, develop annual store plans, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to
