Retail Merchandiser

Job Overview

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Formby area. Approx 2-4 hours per week (likely to increase during busy periods). £15.07 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay.

Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long term, ongoing work available (flexible to suit you). Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: Formby, United Kingdom, L37. You will cover stores within 10 miles of Formby and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point of sale (POS) materials.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure maximum stock on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye catching and easy for customers to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Perform occasional stock moving and lifting as needed.
• Use a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, sending clear photos and useful feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience desired but not essential.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Confident in talking to store staff and building good in store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Own car for carrying promotional materials or small displays.

Compensation & Benefits

• £15.07 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay.
