Retail Manager, Finance & Insurance Growth

Mercedes-Benz of Bath is recruiting for a Retail Manager to join their growing team. As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will be at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team.

We expect you to lead from the front, inspire colleagues to 'raise the bar' and push finance and add-on performance forward, with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
