Retail Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Allerton Road shop. This position will be to oversee daily operations within our busy hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team members, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills within a dynamic setting, requiring a proactive approach to team management and operational efficiency. The ideal applicant will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and supervising within a restaurant or hospitality context. Flexibility is essential. Pay will increase once fully trained.

• Assist with food production tasks as needed, supporting the team in delivering timely service.

• Support team members with training and guidance on operational procedures, including serving protocols and hospitality best practices.


• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure consistent availability of ingredients and supplies.
