Retail manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Morrisons Daily franchised petrol station and convenience retail store in Heywood.

The store provides fuel services along with a retail shop offering groceries, beverages, tobacco products and everyday essentials, serving a large number of customers each day.

The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including staff supervision, stock control, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high operational and service standards.
