Retail Manager

Responsibilities

• Maximise Sales: Drive in-store revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
• Meet Targets: Achieve budget targets and work to grow sales and store footfall
• Stock Management: Control stock levels, minimise wastage, and handle store finances
• Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent service, provide recommendations, and act as our Brand Ambassador
• Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment and manage point-of-sale processes
• Adaptable Support: Provide cover for other store locations when needed

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a record of achieving targets
• Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including weekends
• Knowledge of or interest in the vaping industry
• Strong communication, organisation, and people skills
