Case Furniture is seeking a Retail Manager to join its team in London. We are looking for a creative, organised and well-rounded individual with a background in design to join our sales support team at our head office/showroom in Wandsworth, South West London.
The RoleWe are looking for a Retail Manager to lead, manage, and actively participate in the day-to-day running of our retail sales operations. This role blends operational leadership, sales performance, hands-on administration, and team management, perfect for someone who thrives in a design-focused, customer-first environment with a commitment to growing our Retail business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales, both in-store and online, managing a small team, and ensuring a high-end customer experience that aligns with the brand image. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Ecommerce teams to bring campaigns, events, and product launches to life, while keeping the showroom looking its very best.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, support, and motivate the retail sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee order processing, logistics and aftersales across all retail and online channels.
- Manage the daily running of the showroom, maintaining high standards across operations and fulfilment.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Work with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to deliver sales strategies, promotions, events, and product launches.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to forecasting and planning.
- Monitor customer behaviour and market trends, turning insight into action.
- Ensure all showroom displays and windows are regularly updated and creatively arranged to highlight key product features and promote sales.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the design industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
- Commercially and analytically minded, with a proven ability to drive sales and hit targets.
- Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be based in UK full-time.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, plus occasional Saturdays (around one per month), 10:00 am-4:00 pm.
Location: SW18, London (Showroom based)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
