Retail Management Trainee: Lead, Coach & Grow

schuh in Glasgow City Centre is recruiting a Management Trainee to develop future leaders of our retail team. The role is a 37.5 hour week across 5 days, with a structured training plan covering customer service, visual merchandising and people management.

You will learn to coach, recruit and train staff while aiming to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive performance. This is a stepping stone to Deputy Manager roles within a dynamic, fashion-forward brand.
