Retail Lead: Elevate Customer Experience & Team Growth

Nike, Inc. Mansfield is seeking a Retail Lead (40 hrs FULL TIME) to deliver world-class service and a premium brand experience on our sales floor. You will coach the team, coordinate daily operations and help achieve sales targets across store activities.

You will lead by example on customer service, merchandising, digital services, and promotions, while ensuring NIKE standards and guidelines are followed. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
