Rituals Cosmetics is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Guildford to join our luxury boutique team. You will blend shop floor work with team coaching, helping colleagues and customers experience our Feel Good brand. You will partner with the Store Manager on planning, inventory, and back-office routines to ensure smooth operations.

You will coach colleagues, drive sales, handle complex customer questions, and maintain a polished store appearance that reflects our signature Feel Good Experience.
