Job Description Job Title: Retail - General Operative
Location: NESI - Grimsby
Reporting to: Retail Production Supervisor/Retail Line Leader Responsibilities Safety

• Work to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping of your area using 'clean as you go'.
• Report hazards and near misses immediately via the K2 reporting system or to your Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Ensure product is food safe by following all procedures and reporting any issues (e.g., foreign bodies) to Supervisor, Line Manager or QAs immediately.

Quality

• Ensure all products supplied are produced to the Product Specification agreed with the customer by working to our QASs.
• Raise issues concerning raw materials, packaging and/or equipment to Supervisor or Line Manager in a timely manner.
• Support brand integrity by raising any issues with the product or packaging to line manager or QAs when required.

Cost

• Ensure all tasks completed are done efficiently.
• Support business PIPs by engaging in the projects as requested.

Delivery

• Help to achieve 100% service by immediately escalating any issues with product/packaging quality to Supervisor or Key/Compliance Op line leader and compliance op.

People

• Maintain awareness of your working hours to avoid breaching WTD - no more than 60 hours in 7 days, 11 hour rest period, 1 day off in 7 or 2 days off in 14.

• Good understanding of spoken English.
• 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn.
• Happy to work within a team.
• Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-moving production environment.

Additional Information

Hours of work are 4 on 4 off, 10am - 10pm.

Undertake any ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time.
