Our Client is a leading nationally recognised Retail Convenience brand operating a network of stores across Ireland. The Fresh Food Regional Advisor role supports the business by introducing new and better ideas to help retailers and fresh food teams improve sales, margins, and standards. This field based role is primarily in Munster with occasional travel beyond the region and frequent visits to sites and the head office in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fresh Food Site Operations or Retail with emphasis on Fresh food and Store Operations, experience in store revamps, operational improvements, and maintaining high food quality.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop fresh food departments, including deli and bakery, across multiple stores.
• Work closely with store managers and teams to improve performance, sales, and customer experience.
• Provide hands on training and coaching to help teams achieve high fresh food standards.
• Ensure stores meet food safety and HACCP requirements and are audit ready.
• Help reduce food waste, improve stock control, and increase profitability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and support them in achieving their goals.
• Travel regularly to stores across Munster and other locations as required.

Requirements

• A clean Irish driving licence.
• Previous experience in P&L and knowledge of Fresh Food Margins.
• HACCP Trainer qualification (Level 2 or higher is an advantage).
• Proven experience managing deli and bakery operations in a busy retail environment.
• Experience in store revamps, operational improvements and maintaining high food quality is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience improving store performance across one or multiple locations.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding fresh food standards.
