Retail Floor Manager - Lead, Motivate & Drive Sales

B&M Retail are seeking a Floor Manager for our Blackburn store to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, driving performance, and supporting the team to succeed.

You'll work flexibly across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, coaching colleagues, maintaining high standards, and contributing to store KPIs and sales.
