Retail Duty Manager - Lead Team & Drive Sales

Iceland Foods Ltd. in Bargoed is seeking a Duty Manager to join our Retail Assistant team on a part-time basis.

You will help ensure great customer service, stock availability, and store operations while supporting a friendly, inclusive team. The role includes managing shifts and delivering key store actions, with an additional £2 per hour when you run the store.
