Retail Duty Manager - Lead & Elevate Store Experience

The Range in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to maintain store standards and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You'll lead from the front, coach colleagues, and ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies while delivering a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers.
