Retail Deputy Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Halfords in Harlow is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager and ensure smooth store operations in their absence. You will lead by example, drive sales, and uphold customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least a year of managerial experience in retail, strong coaching skills, and a solid grasp of health and safety and retail compliance. You'll work with MS Office and company systems to deliver excellent results.
