Retail Department Lead - Part-Time, Path to Management

Halfords Group PLC in Torquay is hiring for a part-time role (30 hours per week) on the shop floor, with responsibilities that lead toward management. You'll supervise a department, coach colleagues and help deliver outstanding customer service to every shopper.
