Retail Department Lead - Part-Time & Coaching

Halfords in Worcester is seeking a part-time supervisor to help lead a department and team on the sales floor. You'll supervise colleagues, coach them to deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales targets to achieve market-leading standards.
