Retail Customer Team Member - Flexible Hours + 30% Discount

Co-op Digital is seeking a caring Customer Team Member for a part time, 3 month temporary role at The Red Lion in Northampton. You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and at least one weekend shift, with full training provided.

You will help customers on the shop floor and tills, support daily operations, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience while promoting Co op Membership and local community initiatives.
