Retail Customer Service: Path to Team Leader & Manager

Heart of England Co-operative Society in Southam is hiring Customer Service Assistants to join our food store team on a 16-hour-per-week permanent basis. This role offers training, a friendly environment and a clear pathway to Team Leader and Store Manager roles.

You'll provide friendly service, stock shelves, handle deliveries, maintain cleanliness and support promotions. Evening and weekend shifts are required; travel to the store is necessary due to limited public transport.
