Job Description
Entain, a global sports betting and gaming company, seeks a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead a shop team delivering top customer service and building customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Salary is £13.00 per hour with a typical weekly rota around 15 hours, including a mix of opening/closing shifts. The role includes weekend work and bank holidays, with a focus on meeting targets and maintaining shop
