Retail Customer Service Leader - Inspire 15-20 Strong Team

World Duty Free at Heathrow is seeking a hands-on Department Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team in the terminal. You'll drive customer service, coach 15-20 colleagues, and deliver outstanding store performance.

You'll manage daily operations, ensure visual standards, and take ownership of duty leadership across the shop floor, with a 3-4 day, 12-hour shift pattern. A 2-3 year leadership track in high-volume retail is required.
