Retail Customer Experience Manager

Entain Group in Banbury is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, drive standards daily and build lasting relationships with customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead a shop team, handle bets and cash, demo products, meet targets, and open or close the shop; a dynamic rota supports a busy retail environment with a strong emphasis on customer care.
