Retail Customer Champion - Part-Time, Swindon

William Hill PLC in Swindon is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Retail team on a part-time basis. You'll greet customers, process bets, assist with queries, demonstrate betting terminals, and build relationships while promoting safer gambling.

You'll also support shop operations, including displays and opening/closing tasks. Shifts run across 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a rota-based pattern including evenings and weekends.
