Retail Co-Manager: Lead Team & Customer Experience

Machine Mart is seeking a store supervisor to work alongside the Store Manager, sharing daily running duties and leading a small team of 4-6 staff. You will motivate the team to hit challenging sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers to guide their purchases.

We value hands-on leaders with a proactive attitude, numeracy, and basic computer literacy, who can work up to 45 hours per week and participate in role-specific training and development.
