Retail Co-Manager: Lead Sales & Customer Experience

Machine Mart, a leading UK specialist retailer of workshop power tools and equipment, is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor to work alongside the Store Manager and help run daily operations.

You will co-lead a small team of 4-6 staff, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service, numeracy and basic computer literacy. The role involves delivering great customer experiences and achieving challenging sales targets.
