Retail Cleaning Manager: Lead Store Hygiene & Team

Arcus FM Limited. is looking for an experienced In Store Cleaning Manager in Northallerton to supervise a cleaning team at Sainsbury's. You'll be directly involved in managing the cleaning service's quality while also performing cleaning tasks.

Success in this role requires strong team management skills and previous experience in a retail environment. Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and scheduling the team, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing time recording.

This is a part-time role working 24 hours over 6 days.
