Retail Cleaning Manager: Lead a Busy Store Team

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Holywood Exchange in Belfast. You will supervise a cleaning team, ensuring a high-quality service while also performing some cleaning tasks yourself.

You will recruit and train the team, plan rotas and timesheets, and ensure accurate payment. Health & Safety is a priority and you will manage this on site with the necessary equipment and support.
