At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Hull store on a permanent basis. 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 07:00 to 10:00
• Monday: 06:00 to 09:00
• Tuesday: 06:00 to 09:00
• Wednesday: 06:00 to 09:00
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: 06:00 to 09:00
• Saturday: 06:00 to 09:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
• Work outside to keep trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training.

What will you need?

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
