Retail Café Manager - Lead Team & Service Excellence

Compass Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cafe Manager to lead the catering operation at ASDA Falmouth. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensure excellent service, strong financial controls and a motivated team on site.

You'll be a visible leader, set the standard and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining stock, HR duties, rota planning and compliance with company and retailer standards.
