Retail Branch Manager - Wolverhampton

40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota. Competitive salary plus pension and company benefits.

We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Wolverhampton. Located on Chapel Ash, our Wolverhampton branch proudly serves local homeowners and tradespeople with the broadest range of decorating materials.

Customers will find everything they need in store, including trade and designer paints from a wide variety of brands, and all the decorating materials needed to complete their home décor projects.

Branch opening hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. Managing a team of 5, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keep the branch running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Previous experience in the Decorative Industry an advantage but not essential - full on the job training will be given to the right candidate.
• Approachable, open and friendly personality.
• Enjoys working and supporting a team, yet can work independently.
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire Safety certified professional.
