Job Description

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team in delivering excellent customer service and driving standards daily.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will handle bets, cash transactions, and product demonstrations while maintaining shop standards and working a varied 20-hour weekly rota with shift patterns across opening and closing times.
