About the Role

You will deliver excellent customer service at the home of Johnnie Walker, aiming to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences for visitors.

Our luxury Sales Associates will sell a range of products, craft tailored experiences, and support upselling efforts, becoming true brand ambassadors through our training programs. You will also be involved in merchandising, inventory management, and store operations, working collaboratively with management and teams.

About You

You should have retail or related experience with a customer-first attitude. Ability to personalize experiences, interpret customer desires, and provide excellent service is essential. Experience in a target-driven environment and luxury sales is preferred but not mandatory.
