Visual Merchandising Retail Assistant

• Deliver day to day visual merchandising and styling inside the store.
• Maintain close collaboration with VMS coaches and commercial teams to implement world class visual merchandising and styling in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure the highest level of VMS excellence on a 365 day basis.
• Story tell consumer mindsets through creative and seamless styling.
• Use expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (operate cash register, manage goods, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Utilize digital device knowledge to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Continuously improve knowledge via training tools and courses to stay up to date with sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Education in retail, visual merchandising, styling, or a related field (Bachelor in retail marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail with a talent in visual merchandising & styling.
• Strong interest in fashion & styling through digital followership and media.
• Ability to create product executions based on innovative storytelling and key volume drivers.
• Ability to deliver and improvise strong floor zoning plans autonomously.
• Demonstrated creativity and agility in a fast moving environment.
• Analytical capabilities of product sales.
• Brand passion and act with integrity.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for the retail industry and sales.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
