Retail Assistant Manager - Lead Teams, Grow Sales

Savers is recruiting an Assistant Manager at Enfield Highway. You will lead store teams to deliver exceptional results, create a warm, welcoming environment, and build connections with the local community. This full-time role is 39 hours per week with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary is £32,600 per year plus a generous bonus scheme. We require 1+ years in retail management, strong delegation, and the ability to maximise sales.
