Retail Assistant Manager - Lead Sales & Brand Experience

Miele Experience Centre in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver a premium customer experience and support day-to-day operations while partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales and brand excellence.

You will coach and develop the sales team, manage store standards, rota planning, stock control and compliance, and lead in the Store Manager's absence to ensure targets are met and customers leave impressed.
