Retail Assistant Manager - Lead a Caring Shop Team

ellenor is seeking an Assistant Manager for Dartford High Street to lead a shop team and work alongside the Shop Manager. You will drive sales, support recruitment and training, and manage staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service in a compassionate hospice environment.

The role is part-time (30 hours/week) on-site at Dartford High Street, with a strong focus on operational execution, policy compliance, and performance monitoring to meet strategic targets.
