Retail Assistant Bray

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our retail client in Bray for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant with previous perfume or fragrance experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established retail team and work with premium fragrance products in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
• Assist customers in selecting fragrances and beauty products
• Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics or beauty retail
• Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a busy retail environment
• Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
• A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
