Merchandising & maintaining display stands and shelves
Handling cash & processing sales through EPOS
Promote positive customer experience, welcoming, assisting and handling enquiries from customers
Processing deliveries, maintaining stock control measure and replenishing stock
Liaising across all departments, providing continuity for customers

Essential Skills, Capabilities & Knowledge

Have craft / dressmaking experience, able to follow patterns and advice on requirements
Confident communicator with strong customer facing skills, attentive and able to interpret customer needs to advise on products
Desire to delight and exceed customer expectations
Comfortable handling cash and using electronic point of sale.
Confident handling numbers and measurements, good basic maths skills
A team player, able to collaborate with colleagues to deliver shared goals
Capable of standing for extended periods and cover retail area over two floors
Capable of lifting and manipulating rolls and bolts of fabric, along with sewing machines and deliveries
Manual handling training
Fire Safety training

9.00am to 5.30pm, minimum 4 days per week including Saturday
