Retail & Forecourt Manager: Lead Store Performance

The Plaza Group, owner of Supermac's and related brands, is seeking a Retail & Forecourt Manager to drive store targets and profitability through effective management of store and forecourt, including marketing, operations, and personnel.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, plan rosters within budget, and manage overall performance to deliver consistently high service while controlling costs and maintaining health and safety standards.
