This is a great opportunity to join the team:Royal Navy Museums operate 8 retail outlets and an online shop, stocking memorable souvenirs and unique gifts that enable our supporters to take a piece of the Royal Navy story home.
Our retail administrator will play a key role in this, their tasks will include using the retail stock control system, supporting with fulfilment of orders from the online shop and assisting in managing the retail shop email inbox.
Commercial awareness and retail income is important to the Royal Navy Museum and by working with all sites and the Retail Manager, the Administrator will ensure an efficient process is in place and our retail strategy is supported.

Working in support of the Retail Manager you will experience a varied workload in an iconic location, seeing the direct impact you have every day.
Typical tasks include order fulfilment, stock management, reporting and customer communication, with additional opportunities to contribute to product development, visual merchandising and content marketing.
