We have an opportunity for a talented Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate Solicitor 5-7 PQE to join a highly regarded London team

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters, advising a broad range of stakeholders across both contentious and non contentious mandates.

The role offers a significant level of responsibility from the outset, leading transactions, managing matters independently, and playing an active role handling cross border work.

You will be expected to take a leading role in distressed M&A transactions, acting for both buy and sell side clients across a variety of sectors, coordinating with overseas counsel where required.

As a team member, you will have an opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the future growth of the practice within a collaborative, inclusive and forward thinking law firm.

You will have a solid 5-7 PQE handling a mixed restructuring and insolvency workload gained within a leading law firm.

Strong knowledge of corporate and business structures, with the ability to analyse complex financial and legal information.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills.
