We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor - Restructuring & Insolvency c 5-7 PQE to join a highly regarded and growing London team

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters, advising a broad range of stakeholders on both contentious and non contentious mandates

You will have a significant level of responsibility, leading transactions, managing matters independently, and playing an active role in cross border border work

As a key team member, you will also have an opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the future growth of the practice within a collaborative, inclusive and forward thinking firm.

Ideally you will have 5-7 PQE relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency law

You will have a sound understanding of restructuring and insolvency law and practice, including familiarity with relevant financial documentation.

Strong knowledge of corporate and business structures.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills
