We are working with this top tier firm in Leeds, who are looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate for their thriving Insolvency & Restructuring team.

The team is one of the largest in the region and covers all areas, including:

• contingency planning
• turnaround advisory work
• lender advice
• directors' duties advice
• distressed M&A
• formal insolvencies (corporate and personal)
• contentious insolvency work

They act on behalf of a broad client base, which includes:

• UK clearing banks
• alternative lenders
• private equity
• debt funds
• trustees
• senior executives
• shareholders
• creditors
• charities
