Our client is a highly regarded international law firm with a top tier structured finance and financial restructuring practice. Based in London, they advise across restructuring mandates with a broad and diverse client base.

Job Description

• Advise clients on all aspects of special situations, restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy.
• Work across bank loans, high yield debt, intercreditor arrangements, and other financing instruments.
• Lead on restructuring proceedings, often interfacing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documentation with responsibility and autonomy.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified in England & Wales with 1-5 PQE.
• Experience working with diverse clients in special situations, restructuring, and insolvency.
• Strong grasp of key financing instruments (bank loans, high yield debt, intercreditor arrangements).
• Experience in multi jurisdictional restructuring proceedings.
• Excellent drafting & negotiation skills; previous responsibility for lead tasks.
• Intellectual, collaborative, enthusiastic, adaptable, and client facing
